a) We have tried to ensure that information provided in the Web Site is accurate. However, we make no representation and give no warranty of any kind in respect of the information.

3. Description of Products
a) The description and specification of products in the Web Site is only approximate and we reserve the right to make changes which do not materially affect the quality or performance of those products.
b) We may correct any error appearing in the Web Site or withdraw any product from sale without incurring liability. Price and availability is also subject to change without notice.
4. Ordering Products
a) You may order products from the Web Site by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.
b) If you have not purchased from us before will need to register the first time that you order. This is no different from putting in your name and address for delivery, it just means you don’t have to do it every time you visit the site. Your main address or “Invoice Address” must be the address that your payment card is registered to. If it is not then we will not be able to process the order. Your details will never be revealed to another party except for the purpose of processing your order.
5. The Price and Payment
a) Prices shown on our website include VAT but exclude delivery costs.
b) In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the Web Site at the time we accept your order. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.
c) Payment is made by credit card or PayPal at the time we accept your order. (the payment methods we accept are listed in the Web Site at the time you place your order). Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.
d) Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
6. Delivery of Products
a) We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the check-out procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
b) If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
c) ALL ADDRESSES MUST BE CORRECT when you place your order. We cannot be held responsible for any mis-spelt or incorrect addresses or post codes. It is the customer's responsibility to check this when ordering.
d) If you have ordered to an incorrect address, it is worth checking at your local Post Office branch to see if they are holding any items under your delivery address. Items may be returned to us after a certain time automatically by Royal Mail, however we cannot guarantee this as after leaving our warehouse, it is no longer the responsibility of Tibetan Herbs Ltd.
e) Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
f) Customers are required to pay only the price of the postage to return goods. There are no restocking or administration fees.
g) We recommend that you read these terms and conditions before ordering from our site, as they apply to all transactions through the website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, we recommend you do not use this website.
h) By ordering any product from this site you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
7. Cancelling Orders
a) You have the right to cancel your order any time before the item has been dispatched for delivery.
In the instance of you missing this you will have to return your order after delivery. Please see Returns Policy below . If you would like to arrange a return please contact us first.
b) You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and give the reason for cancellation.
c) If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then the products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense.
8. Resale after purchase
a) It is prohibited to resell products that have been bought on our website.
b) Any attempt to resale the product will start legal action against the seller.
9. Return Policy
a) If you return the product in its original condition, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product excluding postage.
b) If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
c) Please note we cannot provide refunds for open/used products; due to the nature of the products we sell goods should be returned unopened with the seal intact. This does not affect your statutory rights.
d) NOTE: If you have not received your item(s) within the UK after 28 days from ordering, you MUST inform us immediately. We cannot resolve any non-delivery claims after 60 days of non-receipt.
